3. Account Security and Verification

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license)

• Payment method verification (photograph of credit/debit card with middle digits obscured, bank account statement, or e-wallet screenshot)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document for facial recognition verification

Verification requests must be fulfilled within 14 days. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or account closure with forfeiture of funds. All documents must be clear, legible, and show your full name matching your registered account details.

3.3 Account Activity Monitoring

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• BNI / Mandiri: 5-12 minutes

Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals and large withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 24-48 hours. apo388 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing, though expedited processing may incur fees at our discretion.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering Requirements

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, you must wager your deposit amount at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. Deposits that are withdrawn without meeting minimum wagering requirements may be subject to a 5% administrative fee. We reserve the right to refuse withdrawals or request additional documentation if we suspect money laundering or fraudulent activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by apo388 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to comply with the associated wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and validity periods.

5.3 Maximum Bet Limits During Bonus Play

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

• Chip Dumping: Intentionally losing to another player to transfer funds

• Bot Usage: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games

• Identity Fraud: Providing false information, using another person's identity, or submitting forged documents

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall apo388's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds in your account balance at the time of the claim.

8.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, internet service provider failures, governmental restrictions, or cyberattacks.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. 9.2 Termination by apo388

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• Your account remains inactive (no login) for more than 12 consecutive months
